The Breakdown

  • Develop and Execute AI Strategy: Design and implement a strategic roadmap for intelligent automation and AI-driven innovation aligned with firm priorities and business goals.
  • Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks and ethical standards to ensure responsible, compliant, and secure AI deployments.
  • Evaluate and Prioritize Opportunities: Vet emerging AI technologies, identify high-impact solutions, and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies.
  • Optimize Processes: Lead efforts to integrate AI into existing workflows, improving productivity and decision-making throughout the firm.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading AI or data science strategy in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, data architectures, and their practical business applications.
  • Strong strategic vision with the ability to translate emerging trends into actionable, high-impact solutions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships.
  • Expertise in ethical AI governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
Salary and Benefits
  • $80K - $110K per year based on experience and potential
  • Remote capability, excluding the following states: New York, California, Washington, Oregon, and Washington, DC.
