Job Summary

At Daniel Stark, you’ll get the opportunity to write about a variety of topics on many different platforms – blogs, newsletter, website copy, press releases, and much more! You’ll be ensuring that Daniel Stark’s brand voice is consistent across all media platforms and that our content is optimized for the latest SEO trends. Your content will be engaging, helpful, and ultimately fulfill our core purpose – to keep people from getting screwed by big insurance.
 
The Breakdown

  • Create and publish Daniel Stark Law’s written content, including blogs, web pages, newsletters, written resources, email campaigns, press releases and other forms of communications. 
  • Follow a publishing schedule that you’ll set with leaders on the marketing team. 
  • Support the rest of the marketing team by providing high-quality written content when necessary. 
  • Optimize all content to maximize search engine optimization. 

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience writing for publications or organizations. 
  • Ability to write in multiple styles 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow publishing schedules. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail – particularly grammar and messaging. 
  • Persistence and a research-minded attitude. You’ll be writing on topics that you may not have expertise in. It’ll be up to you to take the initiative and do the research necessary. 
  • Integrity when researching and sourcing information. 
  • Teamwork and the ability to coordinate with multiple projects and teammates on the marketing team. 
  • Originality and the ability to create new and unusual ideas about frequently covered topics. 
  • Understanding of brand voice and emotional intelligence.
