The Breakdown:
  • Discover & Develop Client’s Story: Work on great cases for exceptional clients. Keep them from getting taken advantage of by insurance companies.
  • Remarkable Job Performance: Bring your “A” game. Be the attorney that clients remark about in a positive way and refer their family and friends. 
  • Efficient Caseload Management: Be proactive, not reactive, providing exemplary customer service to your clients. Your strategic insights will be critical in driving our business forward.
  • Lead, Manage, and Accountability of Pod: Develop and implement strategies that nurture productive and friendly relationships with the support team, ensuring alignment with our company's overarching goals and objectives.
  • Heart and Aggression: We seek someone proactive, assertive, and always pushing the pace. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be relentless in achieving goals.
What We’re Looking For: 
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
  • State bar certification in Texas
  • 2-5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Multitasking – the ideal candidate should excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be adept at prioritizing and managing various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Organizational skills and planning – Being organized is essential. The candidate should be a planner, able to adapt to structuring tasks, managing time, and maintaining order.

  • $100K - $200K base salary per year based on experience and potential.
