What You’ll Do: At Daniel Stark, the role of a personal injury paralegal involves more than just meeting with clients, drafting documents, and managing attorney calendars and deadlines. As a paralegal at our firm, you will have the opportunity to embody our core values and work closely with a team lead who is dedicated to your personal and professional growth. You will have the chance to truly understand and empathize with our clients' stories, fears, and pain, and the profound impact of their injuries on their lives. You will serve as their guide as they navigate unfamiliar territory, and you will advocate on their behalf to help them reclaim control of their lives.

The Breakdown: 
  • Provide exemplary customer service to your clients.
  • Foster productive and friendly relationships with your clients and your attorney.
  • Manage a docket of 40-45 cases with an 'A' rating from clients, assigned attorneys, and leadership.
  • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and demands under the supervision of a lawyer.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience handling premises liability, dog attack, or workplace injury cases
  • Personal injury experience
  • Sense of urgency
  • Ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks.
  • Empathy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Naturally prone to making detailed, thorough, and organized notes.
  • Ability to navigate seamlessly through various computer programs and software.

What You’ll Earn:
  • $20.00 - $22.00 + per year based on experience and potential
